Have you ever noticed how there seems to be 2 types of feminists?
Some of us, who claim to be the latter , are just so angry, deeply unhappy, usually single and dissatisfied with life overall, and our appearance, in particular.
Another type- a goddess in female form, who expects the best, evokes adoration and sprinkles fun and virtue anywhere she goes. This sort of lady is described so beautifully by Rumi.
Woman is a beam of the divine Light. She is Creator… not a creature… she establishes the esoteric sense of knowledge and guides those who attain to it. Through her perfume, we breathe paradise.
-Rumi
Would you like to be a goddess like that? First thing to do then, is to fall in love with being a WOMAN! Just like Marilyn says:
One of the best things that ever happened to me is that I’m a woman. That is the way all females should feel.
-Marilyn Monroe
And every time you wish for “equality”, please consider that you might be selling yourself short:
I don’t know why women want any of the things men have when one of the things that women have is men.
-Coco Chanel
Would a “goddess” ask for equality? It simply doesn’t make any sense- neither to philosopher, nor to aristocrat:
The worst form of inequality is to try to make unequal things equal.
-Aristotle
In everything relating to the force and energy of love, women should be the sovereigns; it is from them we hope for happiness, and they will never fail to grant us that, as soon as they can govern our hearts with intelligence.
– Lord Saint-Evremond
